Man who killed his father and sexually abused a minor turns himself in to police
A father's threat to his son ended in tragedy. His father's comments caused Osmín Castillo to explode and lose control.

An argument awakened Osmín Castillo’s fury against his father, Luis Carlos Montano.
Montano threatened to throw his son out of the house if he kept coming home drunk .
This was not well received by the 21-year-old and he allegedly stabbed his father to death.
Castillo then left their house in Wimauma, Florida, on September 23, according to his arrest warrant.

For almost a month and a half, Castillo moved from one place to another throughout the county, avoiding capture.
A court issued an arrest warrant against Castillo for being the main suspect in his father’s death.
«During the investigation, detectives discovered that Castillo was also having a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 16,» the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.
The new charges will complicate the young man’s legal situation. Under pressure from authorities, he finally turned himself in on Sunday, November 19, at Orient Jail Road.
Castillo will face justice for his crimes

«Today, justice prevailed as our deputies removed another dangerous criminal from our streets,» Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a statement.
Now, Castillo will face justice for the crimes of second-degree murder with a weapon and nine counts of lewd and lascivious battery.
He also faces three counts of state transmission of child pornography by electronic device, three counts of use of a child in a sexual performance and three counts of possession of child pornography.
«The arrest of this individual responsible for this homicide and these other heinous crimes serves as a testament to the dedication of our team,» the Hillsborough County Sheriff said in a Facebook statement .
