- Pablo Lyle will not be released from prison soon.
- He remains incarcerated despite his transfer in Florida.
- Rumors of early release have been denied.
Pablo Lyle continues serving his five-year prison sentence in Florida, despite recent rumors suggesting a possible early release.
The Mexican actor was transferred to Everglades Correctional Institution, a state prison with lower security, which sparked speculation about an early exit.
However, criminal law experts affirm that the change in facility does not signal a relaxation of his sentence.
Criminal defense attorney Sandra Hoyos was clear: “There is no active request or scheduled hearing for a sentence review. The transfer does not mean he will be released soon.”

The actor was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after a road rage incident in Miami in March 2019, which resulted in the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández.
The trial, which lasted several years, ended in October 2022 with a sentence of five years in prison, eight years of probation, 100 hours of community service, and an anger management course.
Although his sentence extends until January 2028, the recent change in his location has reignited conflicting reports about his legal status.
Some of this speculation has come from outlets like El Gordo y la Flaca and journalist Javier Ceriani.

According to Hoyos, these types of prisons offer less restrictive conditions, such as access to educational programs, outdoor activities, and vocational training.
Pablo Lyle, for instance, is reportedly studying law. However, these benefits do not automatically shorten his sentence.
The attorney clarified that any consideration for early release would depend on a specialized review board.
It would also require clear evidence of rehabilitation, remorse, and good behavior.

Despite the excitement among some fans and comments from people close to him—such as his ex-wife Ana Araujo, who had hinted at a possible release by late 2026—there are no legal records to support any imminent change in his situation.
For now, Pablo Lyle will remain in custody, focused on his education and reintegration, as he serves the sentence ordered by the Florida justice system.
