Why is Doña Rosa suing Don Pedro?

A recently released audio reveals the reasons behind this possible lawsuit.

Jacqueline Martínez, better known as Chamonic, posted the audio clip on Instagram.

«(Doña Rosa) says that a lawsuit is coming against Don Pedro because he does not want to give her her pension,» the recording says.

Doña Rosa and Don Pedro have a complicated relationship

«He doesn’t want to give her support. She says that he should support her, even if he has 20 women,» the audio goes on.

«She also said that, when they separated, Jenni Rivera supported her. She says that the only thing she has left from him is the jewelry that he gave her,» she added.

The situation becomes more complicated as Doña Rosa and Don Pedro have appeared to be cordial in public.

They have been divorced since 2008 after decades of marriage and six children.

However, it seems that the financial issue has caused a break in that apparent harmony, leading Mrs. Rosa to consider legal measures.

«I think I deserve something because when I separated, Jenni told me, ‘Mom, separate, I’m going to support you, my father doesn’t want to give you money,'» Doña Rosa continued.
