Gabriel Soto has publicly denied his marriage to Irina Baeva after photos of a spiritual ceremony in Acapulco surfaced.

The controversy erupted after Irina Baeva revealed intimate details of their relationship exclusively to ‘Hola! MX’ magazine.

She specifically addressed what she described as a wedding that took place on March 27 of this year.

Baeva shared that the ceremony was held at Gabriel Soto’s residence, accompanied by a close circle that included the actor’s daughters, close family, and friends.

According to her, although the ceremony was spiritual and symbolic due to bureaucratic complications for a civil marriage, the couple exchanged vows and rings.

«We got married on March 27 and had a ceremony, a wedding, a spiritual ceremony,» mentioned Irina Baeva.

«We did it (the wedding) during Holy Week, we did it in Acapulco, at Gabriel’s house there. We did it in a very intimate circle,» she added.

However, Gabriel Soto, in statements to the media, contradicted this version by assuring that the photos shared did not correspond to a formal wedding.

According to him, the images taken at his Acapulco home were simply a photo session where both were dressed as bride and groom.

The Mexican actor categorically denied marrying Irina Baeva, thus refuting what circulated on social media about their union.

These statements from Soto were made before Baeva made public the existence of the photos and details of the ceremony.

This adds a new chapter to the controversy that has surrounded their relationship since their breakup was announced.

With an image in the background of the alleged intimate wedding of the actor with Irina Baeva, they played the audio where Soto broke his silence.

«We took some photos at my house in Acapulco, but it wasn’t a wedding,» argued Gabriel Soto after being questioned about the topic.

«They were just some photos where we were dressed as bride and groom, but it wasn’t a wedding,» reiterated the actor of ‘Soltero con Hijas.’
