With words full of love, Doña Rosa recounted the story behind David’s birth: «David was a much-wanted child, when his mother wanted to have a girl, I was stubborn, and Juana and the gynecologists made sure it happened.»

She also shared: «One day we went, and she tells me, ‘Mother-in-law, I won’t be able to.’ And a month later, she started feeling nauseous. I told her, ‘You’re already pregnant.’»

«By the first of January, I told her: ‘You’re going to have a boy.’ She replied: ‘Really, mother-in-law?’ And here is David, a son much desired by everyone,» Rosa said nostalgically.

She further mentioned the love the family had for David even before he was born: «He’s a very beloved child, and I hope you love this woman deeply so that all the love we gave you, you can share with her.»
