The blasts, just minutes apart, took place near Soleimani’s tomb, located approximately 510 miles southeast of Tehran.
So far no entity has claimed responsibility for the attacks, according to The Associated Press.
A senior Iranian official described them as «terrorist» acts, without providing concrete details about the possible perpetrators.

General Qassem Soleimani was shot down in 2020

The attack was ordered by the Trump administration in 2020.
