Since Monday, the Trump administration raised the travel advisory to the highest level for Israel and the Palestinian territories, citing risks due to “armed conflict, terrorism, and civil unrest.”
Additionally, the US Embassy in Jerusalem was ordered to close temporarily until Friday.
In parallel, Washington urged American citizens in Iran to leave the country immediately or prepare to shelter in place for extended periods.

Israel and Iran have engaged in intense exchanges of aerial attacks since last week, resulting in a growing number of casualties and damage to strategic facilities.
The situation has sparked global concern over a potential regional escalation.
President Donald Trump left open the possibility of involving the US in the Iral-Israel conflict:
“I might do it, or I might not. No one knows what I’m going to do,” the president said after returning early from the G7 summit in Canada to assess the crisis with his national security team.
Why It Matters
The mass evacuation of US citizens from Israel marks a critical turning point in the Middle East crisis.
It is a preventive measure that highlights the increasing risk of direct US military intervention.
Which would significantly raise global geopolitical tensions.
