  • As reported by EFE.
  • Here are the details.

U.S. President Donald Trump celebrated the first 100 days of his second term on Tuesday with a speech in Michigan, where he declared that his administration is just getting started and promised even more radical changes.

“We’re just getting started. You haven’t seen anything yet.”

He made this proclamation before a crowd in Macomb County.

Macomb is a key area for the automotive industry and a Republican stronghold.

Trump pledged to intensify his agenda on core issues such as immigration, employment, and the economy.

“We will end illegal immigration. We will bring our jobs back and protect our great auto workers and all of our workers.”

He made the statement in a defiant tone.

“We Are Saving the American Dream”

During his speech, Trump claimed his administration is leading “the most profound change in Washington in nearly 100 years.”

This includes budget cuts, the elimination of what he called “indoctrinating” education policies, and the defense of national sovereignty against what he described as “a corrupt political class.”

“We are making America great again, and we’re doing it fast.”

He said this while referencing his campaign slogan.

Trump defended his economic legacy and asserted that his first presidential term (2017–2021) delivered “the best economy in the history” of the country. He claimed that under his second term, the United States is on track to surpass even those achievements.

Michigan as a Symbol of His Narrative

Choosing Michigan to commemorate the 100-day milestone was no coincidence: Macomb County is a crucial base for working-class and Republican voters.

Trump has won there by significant margins in all three presidential elections he has participated in.

In his remarks, he criticized past foreign policies for prioritizing conflicts abroad instead of protecting the U.S. border, and reiterated that his administration represents “a firm defense of our nation.”
