The singer’s lawyer, Guillermo Pous, warns of possible legal action against Levy for defamation.

«Yes, there are things about Ángel’s treatment towards my brothers is proven, the way he spoke to Chema,» Levy revealed to Moreno.

«He spoke very badly to him, it is not something he told me, it is something that I experienced and it impacted me,» he noted during the interview.

Emilio denounces punishments

«Ángel would go crazy and give them military-type punishments,» Emilio commented when remembering his visits to Los Angeles where he claims everything happened.

Levy details a disturbing modus operandi, which included extreme punishments as well as constant surveillance in his rooms with security cameras.

“You stand on the wall for three hours and if you turn to look elsewhere it’s ten minutes, if you start crying you stay all night, horrible,” he explained.

«Ugly treatment, security cameras in your room, they take away your privacy. I went to his room and a camera pointed at the bed and many things that didn’t seem like me,» he commented.

‘El Pirru’ sends a statement

Ana Bárbara, according to Levy, was not present during these episodes, which occurred, according to him, while she was on tour.

Now José María Fernández ‘El Pirru’ supports Emilio’s claims and threatens legal action against Ana Bárbara if they defame his son again.

«I find it regrettable and very unfortunate that through an alleged lawsuit against a third party, a lawyer who represents Ana Bárbara and her partner tries to intimidate and tactically threaten my son José Emilio,» he said.

«He did something well, it was the courage to report events in which he felt morally compromised, a situation that I support and applaud, because I heard the audios to which he refers,» says the statement sent to Sale el Sol.

In the same statement, ‘El Pirru’ established that if the couple or any of their representatives mentioned the name of José Emilio or any of their children, violating their image, they would take legal action.

«I will proceed legally in the United States and so that your lawyer knows and has peace of mind, I will have evidence and witnesses about my demands and complaints,» he stated.

El Pirru’s statement highlights support for José Emilio’s bravery in denouncing the events.
