«Last year, his only older brother was involved in a motorcycle accident, in which he barely survived and suffered severe injuries that required multiple facial reconstructive surgeries with implanted prostheses.»

«Because of this, he has to wear a full-face balaclava to help relieve the pain exacerbated by the cold weather,» they explain.

«That morning, his brother wore his balaclava on the way to the store due to the cold, and it was said he looked suspicious while sitting in the passenger seat, next to his brother, Julián.»

Julián’s family seeks legal assistance to proceed against the Mexican police officer
