President Donald Trump has escalated his offensive against Harvard University.
He announced that he is considering withdrawing an additional $3 billion in federal subsidies to redirect them toward vocational training centers.
This move comes amid a growing dispute over the university’s refusal to provide lists of international students.

Harvard Under Pressure Over Foreign Student Lists

In a message posted Monday on his social network, Truth Social, Trump described Harvard as a “very antisemitic” institution and criticized its resistance to cooperate with the demands of his administration.
He stated that the funds would be better used if invested in technical schools.
“What a great and much-needed investment for America!” wrote Trump.
This action adds to a series of measures taken against the university, including the cut of nearly $2 billion in federal subsidies in recent months and the cancellation of authorization to issue visas to international students, a decision temporarily blocked by a federal judge last Friday.

The Trump administration has demanded that Harvard provide a list of enrolled international students, arguing that several participated in pro-Palestinian protests.
The executive branch seeks to identify those it labels as “radicalized lunatics” and is considering their potential deportation.
“We’re still waiting on the lists of foreign students from Harvard… all of them agitators,” Trump stated in another message.
According to the president, Harvard is “deliberately stalling” the release of this information and has turned to “the best judge (for them)” to block the government’s actions.
Broader Context
Since returning to the White House in January, Trump has intensified his campaign against Ivy League universities, accusing them of fostering antisemitism, defending China, and indoctrinating young people.
Columbia University has also been a recent target of his criticism.
Trump insists that his administration “will win in the end” and has signaled additional measures against institutions that fail to comply with his immigration monitoring agenda.
